The Spruce Lake Outdoor School is located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.  Here, learning is an adventure, discovery is a celebration, and knowledge is grounded in biblical truth.  As they believe, “Our mission at Spruce Lake Outdoor School is to provide Christ-centered discoveries in an outdoor setting through experiential learning opportunities for participants of all ages.”

         All 5th - 8th grade students attend this three-day experience which encourages building positive relationships and growing spiritually, all while having a lot of fun!  This beloved tradition is a valuable experience for our students, parents, and teachers.  There is time for bonding and building friendships, as we carpool together, share rooms in the lodge, eat meals together, and participate in the many outdoor camp activities.

      Some activities are designed to build teamwork and cooperation.  Others challenge the students to overcome their fears and grow in self-confidence.  All activities are carefully supervised for safety and conclude with a time of reflection on Scripture, spiritual lessons, and prayer.  We also have nightly chapels and a campfire sing-along.  The Spruce Lake motto is “Pointing People Toward Christ.”  You can read more about the camp philosophy HERE.

         The cost for lodging, food, and transportation is $200.00 per attendee.
